A CurseForge upload has no changelog. CurseForge requires one for every file.
The changelog comes from publish.changelog (or the target's changelog):
CHANGELOG.md when that file exists, a file you name, or "git" to build it
from the commit history.
Add a CHANGELOG.md, or set "changelog": "git". The error comes from
publishing, so it has no example here.
