An addon cannot be published to the wowlua registry. The registry is for
packages that other packages depend on: library, lua-library and types
packages. Players get addons from the addon sites, so publish an addon with a
curseforge, wago, wowinterface or github target instead.
The rule belongs to publishing, so it has no example here.
