A publish site rejected the upload. The message includes the site's response, which says why: a wrong or expired token, a project ID that is not yours, a disabled project, or a missing field. A target that fails does not stop the uploads to the other targets, but the command exits with an error.
Check the target's project-id and the token, and read the site's response.
The error comes from publishing, so it has no example here.
