W4328 warning

A publish site does not know the exact game version of a flavor's interface number (often right after a game patch), so wowlua used the highest version below it, or the highest version of that flavor the site knows. The message names the site, the flavor and the version chosen.
Usually nothing needs doing; check the file's game versions on the site if the choice matters. The warning comes from publishing, so it has no example here.
