E4319 error

A release build is on a git tag that does not match package.version, or wowlua publish --tag names such a tag. A tag, with an optional leading v, must equal the version (1.4.2 or v1.4.2 for version 1.4.2), because a tagged build is released as exactly that version.

Update package.version or the tag. In a workspace only the root package's version must match; a member whose version no tag names is built as an untagged (alpha) build. Converted packager projects take their version from the tag and are exempt. The error needs git, so it has no example here.
