Workspace member sets its own build.out

A workspace member sets its own build.out. All addons of a workspace are built into one output folder, the workspace root's build.out (by default dist), so that dist/<profile>/ holds every AddOn side by side.

Remove build.out from the member, and set it in the workspace root if you want another folder.
