Output paths differ only in case

Two files of the output have paths that differ only in case, such as
src/Core.lua and src/core.lua. On Windows and macOS these name the same
file, so one would overwrite the other when the AddOn is installed. This
happens, for example, when a .wowlua file and a plain .lua file of almost
the same name compile to the same output name.
Rename or remove one of the files.
