E4104 error

--locked (or --frozen) was given, but wowlua.lock would have to change, for example because a dependency was added or changed in wowlua.json. --locked is meant for CI, where a build must use exactly what was committed. wowlua publish always resolves this way.

Run the command once without --locked and commit the updated wowlua.lock. The error comes from the lockfile on disk, so it has no example here.
