E4102 error

A dependency cannot be found: a path that does not exist, a git repository without the given tag, branch, commit or subdir, an archive without the strip-prefix folder, a source whose wowlua.json names another package, a registry package the registry does not have, or a registry requirement (such as "^2.0") that no version matches. Yanked versions count as missing for a new requirement; the notes list the newest versions there are.

Check the name and the requirement in the dependency entry. For a library the registry does not have, use a git, svn, path or archive source. The error comes from dependency resolution, so it has no example here.
