Returns a concatenated string from a table.
The client has this function, but Blizzard's documentation leaves it out, so its parameters and results aren't known.
Parameters

sep | string? | The delimiter to use, otherwise defaults to an empty string. |
i | number? | The start index of the table to use, defaults to 1. |
j | number? | The end index of the table to use, defaults to the length of the table. |
