Sets a binding to cast the specified spell.
The client has this function, but Blizzard's documentation leaves it out, so its parameters and results aren't known.
Parameters

spell | string | Name of the spell you wish to cast when the binding is pressed. |

ok · boolean? · 1 if the binding has been changed successfully, nil otherwise.
