Returns a link for a quest.
The client has this function, but Blizzard's documentation leaves it out, so its parameters and results aren't known.
Parameters

questLink · string? · The link to the quest specified. Returns nil if the QuestID is invalid or if the specified QuestID is not currently in the player's quest log.
