Returns info for a LFG votekick in progress.
The client has this function, but Blizzard's documentation leaves it out, so its parameters and results aren't known.

| 6 | bootVotes | number | votes in favor of kicking the player cast so far. |
| 7 | timeLeft | number | amount of time left to vote. |
| 8 | reason | string | reason given for initiating a vote kick vote against a player. |
