Returns info for an item transaction from the guild bank.
The client has this function, but Blizzard's documentation leaves it out, so its parameters and results aren't known.
Parameters

index | number | Transaction index, ascending from 1 to GetNumGuildBankTransactions(tab). Higher indices correspond to more recent entries. |
