Returns info for a money transaction from the guild bank.
The client has this function, but Blizzard's documentation leaves it out, so its parameters and results aren't known.

| 4 | years | number | The number of years since this transaction took place. |
| 5 | months | number | The number of months since this transaction took place. |
| 6 | days | number | The number of days since this transaction took place. |
| 7 | hours | number | Hours Since the Transaction took place. |
