Returns info for an action.
The client has this function, but Blizzard's documentation leaves it out, so its parameters and results aren't known.

| 1 | actionType | string | Type of action button. (e.g. spell, item, macro, companion, equipmentset, flyout) |
| 2 | id | number | string | Appropriate identifier for the action specified by actionType -- e.g. spell IDs for spells, item IDs for items, equipment set names for equipment sets. |
| 3 | subType | string | Additional identifier for the action specified by actionType -- e.g. whether the companion ID is for a MOUNT or a CRITTER companion. |
