C_Loot.IsLegacyLootModeEnabled

Returns true if legacy loot mode is enabled by entering an instance at at least eleven levels above the intended content. For example, raids are designed for level 60 characters, so legacy loot mode would be enabled for level 71 or higher characters. Boss encounters defeated in legacy loot mode will drop loot acting as if the maximum amount of characters are in the instance and can drop items from the full loot pool, not just loot that is in the character's loot specialization.
