A .pkgmeta external is a Mercurial (hg) repository, which wowlua cannot
fetch, so it is not converted into a dependency and the library is missing
from the AddOn. wowlua init reports it, and with compat.pkgmeta every
check and build does.
Replace the external with a git mirror or a release archive of the library, or keep the library's files in the repository.
