E8061 error
Locale file defines a key unknown to the base locale

A translation file has a key that the base locale (enUS.json by default,
build.locale-base names another) does not have. The base locale defines the
keys, so a key that exists only in a translation is a typo or a string that was
renamed or removed. Fix the key, or add it to the base locale too.
