An entry of features names something that does not exist or cannot be
switched on: a feature that is not defined (or default, which only lists the
features that are on by default), dep:<name> for a dependency the manifest
does not declare, or dep:<name> for a dependency that is not marked
"optional": true. A required dependency is always included, so no feature
can switch it on. --features on the command line reports it too when it
names a feature the package does not define.
Define the missing feature, fix the name, or mark the dependency optional.
